Key Holding

Within the management fee we will also hold a full set of keys to your property and will liaise with other firms needing access to your property for instance furniture delivery.

Guidelines set out by the SIA (security industry authority) recommend that keys for holiday properties be put in key safes, this is also supported by most insurance companies. They do NOT recommend keys left unsecured outside the property, and we accept no liability from keys left out. 

We can install a robust Master Lock key safe which has a 4 digit changeable code, and a LED light to light up the digits at night. Our fee to install this covers the supply and installation along with a 12 month guarantee.
