We use local suppliers and craftsmen who represent value for money, without compromising on quality of service and product.

Every supplier we use has a returns policy of at least 28 days, and a guarantee of at least 12 month's. In the unlikely event that there is a fault or break we will liaise with the supplier.

We will also arrange collection of the old item should this be required and arrange delivery and installation of the new item
