24 Hour Call Out

We pride ourselves on our 24 hour call out service provided throughout the year. Where other smaller firms or sole traders are dependent on one person we work consistently as a team, and will ensure that whatever the problem it is sorted as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 In 2010 98% of emergency calls were responded to within 30 minutes, and 95% of emergency were completely dealt with in under 90 minutes of the original call.

 We are able to handle emergency situations quickly and efficiently for two reasons:

1, Our wide network of in-house craftsmen including plumbers and electricians 

2, Our agreed emergency authorisation limit, which allows us to work swiftly and with initiative, up to a certain figure without having to bother you. We will always contact you an a convenient opportunity to keep you informed and up to date on what is happening.
